Resham Singh Anmol

Resham Singh Anmol

Punjabi Folk Singer & Social Worker

Resham Singh Anmol is not only a celebrated Punjabi singer but also a dedicated philanthropist and social worker. Since beginning his journey in the music industry in 2009, he has consistently devoted a significant part of his earnings and efforts towards community welfare and humanitarian causes.

Inspired by the values and social commitment of his mother and brother, he has actively contributed to numerous social initiatives, including supporting the marriages of underprivileged girls, promoting environmental sustainability through tree plantation drives, and creating awareness about organic farming practices among rural communities.

Through his public platform and personal initiatives, he continues to raise awareness on important social issues and encourages people to contribute towards building a responsible and compassionate society.

His contribution during the 2025 flood crisis was especially remarkable. During the devastating floods, he personally visited the affected areas to understand the challenges faced by flood victims and extended full support to impacted families. His relief efforts included providing ration and essential supplies, supporting the reconstruction of damaged houses, and offering emotional and moral support to families struggling to rebuild their lives.

With a strong commitment to humanity, rural development, and social welfare, Resham Singh Anmol continues to inspire communities through both his art and his service to society.

Lachhman Kaur

Lachhman Kaur

Trustee

Lady Lachhman Kaur was married into ordinary circumstances in Nakatpur village, Ambala. In 1982, she was widowed, left to raise young children Nirmal Singh, Resham Singh Anmol, Sarvan Singh entirely on her own with no family support network. Rather than surrendering to adversity, she channelled her hardship into a lifelong mission of community upliftment.

Her journey is a testament to the power of resilience — a single mother who transformed personal tragedy into decades of social, agricultural, and humanitarian service that today reaches thousands of lives across Punjab and Haryana.

Children who grow up watching a parent serve others learn something that no school can teach: that purpose is not found, it is chosen.

In 1997, Lady Lachhman Kaur's son Nirmal Singh returned to the farm — not just to earn a living, but to honour the land. He began sustainable agriculture at a time when most farmers around him were burning stubble, poisoning the air and soil for generations to come.

It was not just farming. It was a statement about what kind of future they believed in. A future where the soil is not a resource to be exhausted, but a living thing to be respected.
